If you change your mind about your order before it has been dispatched, then no problem. Just let us know as soon as possible. However, as all the lovely items we stock at Quinowa are natural and perishable, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and dispatched to you.

We offer free delivery on all Quinowa orders. We know you can’t wait to receive your order, and because your items are made fresh by our range of amazing makers, the delivery timescale can differ for each maker. You’ll find the delivery details in your order confirmation email.

We don’t want to keep you hanging around. If a refund is provided, then your payment will go back to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Oh, we’re sorry about that! Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details you need. If you haven’t received an email within 24 hours, then just ping us an email at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out. (Also, don’t forget to check your spam folder, just in case!)

Well, that won’t do. If your order hasn’t arrived within the timeframe of the delivery details on your confirmation email, then email us at [email protected] with your order number, order date, and the items and we’ll get on the case straight away.

When checking out, you can either checkout as a guest, or you can take a couple of minutes to create an account. What’s the advantage of having an account? It makes checking out super simple, as we (securely) store your billing and shipping address. Don’t worry. Your details are 100% safe. Another benefit, by creating an account, you’ll be able to easily check your order history, keep tabs on the status of your orders, and highlight your favourite products.
